NMA helped me to define my role as a manager and develop a leadership style that worked for me and my personality. In fact, I learned that one of the things that I thought was my weakness was actually one of my super strengths. NMA provided me with the tools to navigate the various challenges and responsibilities I was facing as a brand new leader. I couldn't have had the success of where I am now without the program.
